Refund policy

Returns (Damages and Issues)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind on any purchases. We will exchange or refund any product/s which are damaged in transit or does not match the description of what you ordered. Please note: the product/s must be in the same condition that you received them (unused) and proof of purchase needs to be provided. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund shipping costs. 

If any damage has occurred please email us at info@potionsoffun.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product/s. Please provide photo evidence of damage  to the product/s and packaging (for verification purposes and also for reference to the postal service). 

Please contact us before disposing of any packaging. You will not be eligible for a refund from the postal service if this evidence is not available.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date in the condition you received them in to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

We take every effort to ensure all packages arrive safely to you but occasionally damage can occur while in transit. We are here to help so please contact us if you have any issues. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take time for banks to process and appear on your credit card statement etc. 

Returns - Unclaimed items

If your order is unclaimed and is returned to us you will need to contact us at info@potionsoffun.com.au We do not refund for unclaimed items which have been shipped to the address provided by the customer. 

Sale items

Only regular priced products may be refunded (please refer to above policy). Unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping plus the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for free shipping on your order, you will be refunded minus the flat shipping rate at the time of purchase.
