Shipping policy

Potions of Fun - Located and Shipped from Australia

All our potion kits are handmade by our Potion Fairies in Australia. Please allow 2-4 business days for making, processing and packaging your order prior to shipping. 
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of your order being ready (please note: these times can be longer in busy periods such as Christmas and Halloween). All shipping updates/information will be available on the homepage during the busy period.

Domestic / Australian Shipping

Potions of Fun offers a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $10.95 (within Australia). Once your order has been shipped through Australia Post we cannot guarantee delivery times (as they vary depending on location etc). Parcels are sent with tracking and you will be provided with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for delays through Australia Post and we will not be liable for any issues with your parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Potions of Fun does not take responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses and refunds will not be provided in this situation. 

We also provide Express Shipping fee of $17.95 (within Australia). This option is available upon check out. Pease note: Express delivery is no longer guaranteed next day delivery with Australia Post. 

Orders over $180 qualify for Free Shipping (within Australia). Free shipping can not be used with any further discounts. Free shipping minimum will only be met after any other discounts are applied.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand, USA & UK via Australia Post. 

Shipping rates are calculated upon check out.

Australia Post use Universal tracking numbers. Once your parcel arrives in your own country, please use your own country's postal service to track orders. Once an item leaves Australia and gets passed over from Australia Post to your local carrier, Australia Post can no longer keep track of the order.

All international orders will be subject to your own countries customs procedures and duties and taxes on imports. Please note if you refuse to pay duties and taxes or fill in customs paperwork and your order is returned to us, you will need to contact us. We do not refund for unclaimed or returned items that are returned if you do not adhere to the procedures of your country.
